Camping de Breede is located at the tip of Groningen, close to the seal centre in Pieterburen. This centrally located campsite has a heated swimming pool and several playgrounds. A great place for a fun holiday!
What is there to do at Camping de Breede?
When you stay at this campsite, all the ingredients are present for an enjoyable holiday. The pitches at Breede campsite are spacious, so you almost always have a good view of the children playing. There are several playgrounds so children can play to their heart's content. They can also use the go-karts and reclining bicycles free of charge. And if the weather is not so good? Then they can continue playing in the "little bunker".
As a campsite guest, you have free access to the heated (23 degrees) swimming pool next to the campsite. For a lovely refreshing dip! During the summer holidays, you can also go to reception for fresh rolls and croissants, for the ultimate holiday feeling. The sanitary building has recently been renovated for extra convenience during your holiday. There is also a good Wi-Fi network for guests to use free of charge.

Just a 25-minute drive from the campsite, you are in Groningen's city centre. This is the place to be if you want to spend a day shopping or relaxing on a terrace, and there are various museums to visit. Would you rather go into nature? Just 25 minutes from the campsite you are in the Lauwersmeer nature reserve. Here you will find Scottish Highlanders and bird watchers will love it!
A day trip to Schiermonnikoog is also worthwhile. A ferry sails from Lauwersoog, after which you can discover Schiermonnikoog by bike. At driving distance from the campsite, you will also find villages such as Winsum and Warffum, which are nice to visit or do some shopping.
