Campsite Vallee de L'our is located on the border between Germany and Luxembourg, in the quiet Untereisenbach. The campsite is in a wonderful location close to the river ‘Our’, in the middle of the German-Luxembourg national park.
What is there to do at Campsite Vallee de L'Our?
There are many things to do at the campsite. For example, there is a restaurant with a varied menu that undoubtedly provides culinary delight. There is also a café, where matches of different sports will be broadcasted. If you want to try homemade specialties from the region, you can go to the snack bar at the park. They would like to let you try the specialties. There is also a grill area on the campsite. Here you can prepare your own food and have a nice chat with other guests. The sanitary building is 150 meters away and includes a launderette, showers and toilets.
What to do near Vallee de L'Our?
Whether you come for a active or family holiday: there is something for everyone. The river Our is located next to the campsite, a great place for fishing. The area is also very suitable for mountain biking and hiking. There are more then 60 hiking trails in the area! In addition, a walk through the nature park on the Our is also recommended. If you want to look up medieval atmospheres, Vianden is definitely recommended. Here is a gigantic castle which is definitely worth a visit. A visit to the Eifelpark is also recommended. There are many events here and the area has an impressive fauna with over 200 animals! Even more into nature? The nature reserve Müllerthal has an undulating landscape and therefore has the name Little Switzerland. This area is a must visit! Do you prefer the crowds? Then go shopping in Luxembourg City!
