Recron conditions

Vodatent uses the RECRON-voorwaarden voor vakantieverblijven. These clear agreements have come together in consultation with the Consumers’ Association and the ANWB. If you read them carefully, you know exactly where you stand. 

Cancellation policy according to the Recron conditions

15% of the rental price if canceled more than 3 months before arrival
50% of the rental price if canceled between 3 to 2 months before arrival
75% of the rental price if canceled between 2 to 1 months before arrival
90% of the rental price if canceled within 1 month before arrival
100% of the rental price if canceled on the same day of arrival
No show = 100%

Down payment

We ask for a down payment of 30%, the remainder must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. 

Costs at the campsite

At most campsites you have to pay an allowance of €3,- per person per night. This is an all-in rate for all additional costs such as tourism tax, electricity, gas, environmental tax and other local tax. In addition to the mandatory charges per person, most campsites require a €50,- depost upon check-in.

Optional additional costs such as bed linnn, pets and hiring a children’s package(cot and high chair) must be paid upon arrival at the campsite. At some campsites it is mandatory to book bed linen. This is indicated in the booking process. 

Pets

Pets are allowed in most accommodations, but there are also campsites where is it not allowed to stay in the accommodaties with pets. This doesn’t mean that the campsite must be free of pets. In case it is possible to bring your pet into the accommodation, €5,- will be charged per pet per night. You will pay this on arrival at the campsite.
