My Vodatent

It sometimes happens that your reservation is not visible in 'My Vodatent'. To add your reservation to your account, please contact customer service.


It is possible to indicate a preference for a specific spot. Have you been to the campsite before, and still remember that one beautiful spot by the water? Or are you camping with another family and want to have tents next to each other? Then you can select your preferred spot in the "Extras" step when you book your safari tent. Here you are guaranteed to spend the night in the spot of your choice. Please note! If you select your preferred pitch, a preference fee will be added. Having doubts about your spot? Please contact us.

Would you like to take out cancellation insurance for your reservation? This is possible with our partner ASR. The link to take out cancellation insurance can be found on your booking confirmation.

In case you have made a double reservation, we ask you to notify us within 24 hours. We can then cancel the second reservation.

It is possible! You can do this by making two or more separate reservations. It is also possible to make one reservation, with multiple accommodations. Please contact customer service for the possibilities.

The main booker must be at least 18 years old and reside at the park themselves.

What a shame you want to cancel your reservation. The best thing to do is to contact our customer service. They can cancel the reservation for you. Please note! You can cancel the reservation free of charge within 24 hours. After 24 hours, there is a cancellation fee.

If you book on the Vodatent website, it is possible to make a change in your reservation only once. This is possible up to 2 weeks before arrival, subject to availability. You can rebook to another campsite and/or date. Please contact us so we can adjust your reservation. If your reservation is changed, and the price is lower than the original price, you are not entitled to a refund. If the price is higher you will have to pay the difference. When your reservation has been modified you will receive a new confirmation (with a payment link). We will also inform the campsite of the changes.

My stay

Our safari tents come standard with pillows and comforters. A bed linen package can be optionally booked with your reservation at most campsites. At some campsites it is compulsory or not possible to book it. Prices and options vary from campsite to campsite and are indicated on the relevant campsite page.

Not sure if this has been added to your reservation? This is indicated on the cost overview in your booking confirmation. Would you like to book bed linen packages? Please contact our customer service.

If you bring your own sheets, make sure you bring the right size. The size of the comforter is listed on the campsite page for each accommodation.

Most campsites allow you to check in from 3:00 pm.

This varies by campground. Please contact the campsite if you wish to invite visitors during your stay. You will find the campsite's contact information on your booking confirmation.

Final cleaning is mandatory at most campsites and is therefore already included in your reservation. You can see this information on the campsite page or on your booking confirmation.

When you make your reservation, you can see on the cost summary which costs you pay in advance and which costs you have to pay at the campsite itself. Often this is the deposit, tourist tax and any extras such as bedding or children's packages. However, this varies from campsite to campsite, so always check your reservation summary carefully.

Most campsites allow you to check in from 3 p.m. onward. Want to check in earlier? That is possible in some cases, but it depends on availability. It is also possible that the accommodation is still being cleaned. Contact the campsite or our customer service and ask about the possibilities.

To retrieve your item as quickly as possible, it is best to contact the campsite itself. The contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.

Before departure we ask you to leave the accommodation as you found it on arrival. This includes taking out the refrigerator, taking out the trash, taking down the beds and sweeping the floor. Possibly the campsite asks something extra from you. Always check with the campsite.

It is not allowed to smoke in the accommodations of Vodatent. However, smoking is allowed on the veranda of the safari tent.

Of course you can bring your pet! Several campsites allow this. Check here the campsites where pets are welcome. Some campsites do not allow pets. Check carefully when booking if your pet is allowed on vacation.

All safari tents are resistant to rain. You don't have to worry about wet feet or a leaking tent.

During check-in at the campsite, you pay a deposit at some campsites. When the safari tent is left in good order you will of course get the deposit back. It can take up to 14 days after departure for the campsite to refund the amount.


You can pay your reservation at Vodatent securely with iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Paypal, Bancontact and Sofort, among others.

It is only possible to transfer the money via the payment link in the reservation confirmation. It is important to enter all data correctly. You will receive a payment confirmation via e-mail. This may take some time to arrive.

Yes! When your payment is successfully completed you will receive a payment confirmation in your mail. It may take some time for this to arrive.

With the Vodatent App you always have all information at hand. Including information about your stay, tips and inspiration, best outings in the area, the weather and practical information.

The Vodatent App is accessible to everyone even if you have not yet created a booking or account.
