The Hunebedcentrum in Borger is a 10-minute drive away, and is the best place to view these burial mounds. What is also nearby is Herinneringscentrum Kamp Westerbork. In the nearby towns of Emmen and Assen, you can shop and enjoy fine dining in the restaurants with their atmospheric terraces.

There is plenty to do for everyone at the campsite. A heated outdoor swimming pool with a paddling pool, fun playgrounds scattered throughout the campsite, a large playground with an air trampoline, and bike and go-kart rental. There are two sanitary buildings, one of which has a laundrette.
Absolutely! There are fun playgrounds scattered throughout the park so you can keep an eye on your children. There is a heated swimming pool and a toddler area where the little ones can also play in the water. You can rent go-karts and explore the park.
