Children can have long-lasting fun in the playgrounds, sandboxes or the heated outdoor pool. The pool consists of 2 pools, a deep pool and a toddler pool. The playgrounds are spread over the campsite and there is something for everyone. There are many slides, swings, tumbling frames and an air trampoline! There is also a bicycle and go-kart rental service. Don't feel like cooking after a wonderful day? Then visit the snack bar (only open on weekends and during holiday periods).

Thanks to the campsite's location, there are several opportunities to discover beautiful walking or cycling routes. From the campsite you go straight into the beautiful forests. There is also a 37 KM mountain bike route next to the campsite. Drenthe is famous for its megalithic tombs. The Hunebedcentrum in Borger is a 10-minute drive away, and is the best place to view these burial mounds. What is also nearby is Herinneringscentrum Kamp Westerbork. In the nearby towns of Emmen and Assen, you can shop and enjoy fine dining in the restaurants with their atmospheric terraces.
