As mentioned earlier, Camping Braunlage is near the Harz Nature Park, a great area for walking, cycling, or even mountain biking. When East and West Germany were divided, nature in the 10 km-wide buffer zone was left untouched. As a result, the area has become a stunning natural landscape.
