What does Camping de Tulpenweide have to offer?

Camping on a farm in a family atmosphere, that's what can be felt at this cosy mini campsite. Come and enjoy nature or go out and discover the surroundings! Green' and togetherness are of paramount importance at Camping de Tulpenweide, which is reflected in the green grounds, but also in the sustainability of the campsite. The campsite is surrounded by tulip fields at the end of April/beginning of May. Something for everyone, especially in high season there are a number of fun activities. For example, there are campfire evenings with live music, Dinner Nights and small-scale kids' activities. Every morning, children get to help look after the chickens, rabbits and goats. You can enjoy a picnic or your own drink in our new 'CozyHouse' during the balmy summer evenings or when the weather is less clement. If you do want to explore the surroundings, rent one of the bikes or E-choppers.

Discover North-Holland

Fancy a day out on Texel? Then take the ferry from Den Helder and you will be on this beautiful island in no time! The campsite rents out bicycles and e-bikes for you to discover the beautiful surroundings. In the direct vicinity of Camping de Tulpenweide are the towns of Breezand and Anna Paulowna. This beautiful landscape, surrounded by bulb fields, is ideal for cycling and walking trips. Do you prefer a more adventurous day? Then visit Landgoed Hoenderdaell, a zoo where the animals are not locked up but can roam freely in their spacious enclosures. The children can also have fun in the large playground and you can enjoy a delicious meal in the restaurant! Fun for young and old! If you prefer to visit a nice town, Den Helder, Schagen and Alkmaar are certainly recommended. In April, you can visit the Anna Paulowna Flower Days where you can see the most beautiful flower mosaics of the tulip season!
