The farm camp site La Dolce Vita, formerly known as campsite Eussen, is located in the village of Ransdaal. Overlooking the Ransdalerveld and the Geul valley, you can enjoy the beautiful hills of South Limburg. Although the campsite is rural and quiet, it is easily and quickly accessible from the highway. The Gillishof, with its stables and various farm animals, will remind you of the campsite's agricultural past.

You can really experience farmcamping at la Dolce Vita campground. Besides the presence of farm animals, you can enjoy free fresh eggs and participate in farm activities and barbecue evenings in of the high season. The campground has free Wi-Fi, a playground and several games available for children. Dogs are also allowed at this campground, so the whole family can enjoy a well-deserved vacation.

Curious of the surroundings of the campsite? The beautiful town of Ransdaal is located in the South Limburg hills with vast, undulating meadows and beautiful views. The village borders directly on Valkenburg, Klimmen, Voerendaal and Ubachsberg, all of which are easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. Through this natural environment is also a wide range of walking and cycling routes. The cities of Aachen, Maastricht, Heerlen, Landgraaf and Kerkrade and various beautiful villages such as Mechelen, Vijlen, Epen, Slenaken and Wittem - all within a radius of 20 kilometers - are also well worth a visit. The "Miljoenenlijn" (old steam train connection between Kerkrade and Valkenburg) is also highly recommended for young and old. Every year there are several outdoor festivals in the vicinity such as Pinkpop, Park City Live and Castle of Love. Also for sporting events such as the Amstel Gold Race and Limburgs Mooiste, la Dolce Vita is an excellent base. Shopping can be done in the immediate vicinity, at small (organic) stores or larger supermarkets. Don't feel like cooking? South Limburg is known for its Burgundian lifestyle. There are plenty of restaurants to visit in the vicinity.
