There are still plenty of beautiful places to see in the area such as; Auch, Lavardens, Fleurance, Lectoure, Nérac, Montréal, Fourcès and Laressingle. Don't forget the many routes you can take from the campsite on foot, by bike, on horseback or by carriage. Nearby, you will find beautiful fields of sunflowers and the hills and valleys of the Gers.
For a nice active day out in the area, Camp de Florence is also the right place! Barbaste is home to the Accrobrance park at Cap Cauderoue. In the tops of the trees you can go on quite a hike. Monkey bridge, ropes and tyroliennes hang in the trees. It is also possible to go horse riding, paintballing, hand archery or canoeing here. At Gascogne you have Lake Saint-clair this is in a wooded area where the water is refreshed from natural springs. There is also a lovely beach, sports fields and picnic areas.
