Facilities at Luna del Monte camp site

There is plenty to do for everyone at Luna del Monte campsite. Take a lovely dip in the swimming pool with panoramic views and completely unwind. Since 2023 the pool bar has been renovated and is located in a large safari tent. In high season, you can enjoy snacks or a drink here daily. The campsite's sanitary facilities have recently been renovated and look great. Two delicious restaurants are within walking distance of the campsite. At Luna del Monte you will feel at home from the very first day. La Dolce Vita starts here!

Camping Luna del Monte is in a prime location when it comes to sightseeing. There are several beautiful walks in the area, two of which can be walked directly from the campsite. One of these walking routes is along the Umbrian hills. You can also cycle this route! You can also choose to walk a longer distance. Walk the route along the beautiful waterfalls Cascate delle Marmore near Terni. Be enchanted by the beautiful surroundings.

Do you prefer cycling? This is also possible. Apart from the route through the hilly landscape of Umbria, there are plenty of other cycling routes. A worthy challenge is the round trip from Canoscio-Fabbrecce. Here you cycle through nice towns with plenty of opportunity to get off your bike and enjoy all the beauty around you.

City break

The vibrant surroundings of Luna del Monte boast all kinds of fun towns that you really shouldn't miss out on if you're staying here! Take a trip through the world-famous Chianti region and visit the villages of Castellina, Radda and Greve. The Chianti region is famous for the wine of the same name, Chianti wine. So a delicious tasting is a must on this city break.

Want to get away for a full day? Just under two hours' drive from the campsite you will find the tourist capital of the Tuscany region: Florence. Here you will find plenty of museums, shops and restaurants that are definitely worth a visit!
